How do you choose your products?
When choosing our products, we look for items that are both environmentally friendly and that can conviently fit into people's lives to help them live an eco-conscious lifestyle. Quality is of the utmost importance. We will not sell anything that we do not use ourselves.

Do you offer wholesale pricing or bulk discounts?
Yes, Green Apple Supply is pleased to extend wholesale pricing to our retail partners. In order to receive wholesale pricing:
1. Please register for an account.
2. Email info@greenapplesupply.com with a request for wholesale access along with a scanned copy of your current sales tax license.
3. We will email you with confirmation once your account has been activated. Please note that wholesale pricin will appear as the "as low as" price.
Your shipping charges seem high. Can this be correct?
Our products are sold at cost, which can be over 50% off the retail price. Please keep this in mind when evaluating your shipping charges. Shipping will seem higher when purchasing from us because you are receiving roughly twice the product when you purchase at cost.
Try using your business address as your shipping address. Carriers like UPS charge a lower rate if a package is mailed to a business address versus a residential address.
Regardless, we are a new company, still working out some of the kinks. If you have taken the above factors into account and still think your shipping cost is too high, please contact us so that we can take a look at your order!
Can you ship products outside of the United States?
Although we can ship to any country, our website is currently set up to ship only within the United States. To get a price to ship outside of the United States, please e-mail us the items you would like to purchase along with your postal code to info@greenapplesupply.com and we will get you a shipping quote.
Will Green Apple Supply donate to my organization?
In the future, GreenAppleSupply hopes to support these types of donations. Unfortunately, due to our small profit margin we can only take on a few projects at a time. Right now our focus is on our new relationship with Habitat for Humanity where we are using our resources to supply the family with eco-friendly products for their newly build home. Green Apple Supply accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Paypal.
How do I know if Green Apple Supply has received my order?
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Of course, if you have any concerns, please email us at info@greenapplesupply.com.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us at info@greenapplesupply.com. We will do our utmost to resolve the issue!
What is your return policy?

How do I check the status of my order?
Green Apple Supply will send an email to the address provided at checkout to confirm your order. We will also email you with tracking information (if applicable) once your item has shipped. Do you sell gift certificates?
We do! As we work towards getting gift certificate sales up on the site, please feel free to email us at info@greenapplesupply.com or call 877.453.0100 to arrange for purchase.
What if I don't receive my order by the scheduled delivery date?
If you do not receive your USPS shipment by 5 p.m. on the scheduled delivery date, please contact us so that we can look into the issue. UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7 p.m. If you have not received your order by then, please contact us and we will research the issue the next business day.
